Leakage Tester (Compressed Air Operated)
The Leakage Tester is used to check a package for leakage / pin holes.
– Solid Filled / Air Filled packages are tested while submerged in water.
– Liquid Product Filled packages are tested in dry condition (without water).
The below models run on an Air operated Vacuum Generator. (Noise & Maintenance Free)
These Vacuum Generators require atleast 5 Kg/cm2 air pressure (to generate a vacuum of 650 mm of hg)
They also consume 44 – 66 L of air per minute of operation / vacuum generation.

Suitable for comfortably achieving a Working Vacuum level of upto 700 mbar (500 mmHg)
Can also achieve a Peak Vacuum of 850-875 mbar (635-650 mmHg) (Special Model Available for >700 mbar applications).

With Electronic solenoid valves

System Consisting of :

A Controller-cum-display Unit with inbuilt Vacuum Generator of suitable capacity.
With high accuracy Digital Vacuum Sensor connected to the Vacuum Chamber.
Signals from the Sensor are sent to a Microprocessor based Indicator-cum-Controller.
The Controller controls the entire operation and indication.
The user has an option to select the measurement unit, (mm-hg, Mbar, kPA)
A large format LCD is provided display to display vacuum and time.

With programmable Vacuum and Timer Set-points

Operating Procedure :
– Place sample in Vacuum Chamber.
– Go to MENU of the controller. Select appropriate Vacuum and Time setpoints.
– Press START button.
– As soon as the desired Vacuum is achieved, the solenoid valves will lock the Chamber.
– A Count-down Timer will start on the same LCD display.
– Watch for any air-bubbles coming out from the sample / package.
– As soon as the desired Time is over, the solenoid valves will exhaust the Chamber.

This equipment requires Compressed air @ 6 Kg/cm2 (upto 100 LPM) from your source.

Utilities Required (To be supplied by the buyer) :

• Power Supply : 230/110 Volts AC at 50/60 Hz. (Fluctuation Free Power required)
• Compressed Air supply at 5 – 6 kg/cm2 (Rust, Dirt and Moisture Free Supply)

Preferably use a FR (Filter-Regulator) unit in the Air Supply.

Milli-Ampere Calibration Source / Current Loop Calibrator
For use with above machine.
Can also be used with any other equipment which has a 4-20 mA Pressure Transmitter.
